Update #10

Right Hand of Doom

For this Kickstarter we decided to give away one of our add-ons as a thank you to all our Early Bird backers. Now that the Early Bird 24 hours is over, this will become a purchasable add-on instead. The add-on we chose is the Right Hand of Doom, based on Robert E Howard’s story by the same name.

So, what is the Right Hand of Doom? Well, it’s a bit of an odd tale. For a Solomon Kane story he is rather peripheral to the main events. Normally he is centre-stage, yet here he watches from the side-lines.

For this reason, we’ve had to tweak things a bit to push him back into the heart of the action – where a hero like Kane needs to be.

John Redly suffered the revenge of the necromancer

The story itself is about a necromancer, and what happens when you cross him (spoiler – it’s not good). Luckily for Solomon, he arrives after the instigating event, so he is not the target of the necromancer’s wrath. Instead, he gets to try to halt this unholy vengeance. Whether he does or not is up to you.

Miniatures are supplied assembled and unpainted

The pack comes with all the Chapter and Discovery cards you need to give you several alternative routes through the tale, and different outcomes to find. It also comes with a miniature of the hand from the title: a hairy monstrosity that really should not be allowed to “live”.

Jake

The hand was that of a large man, apparently, for it was broad and thick, with heavy fingers, and almost covered by a matted growth of ape-like hair.
