Ogre Maneaters are veterans of many campaigns fought in far off lands. Travelling mercenaries beyond peer, they have spent decades accruing scars, tall tales, wealth, exotic wargear (including come very fine hats) and new skills before heading back to the Ogre Kingdoms. Maneaters have fought throughout the Old World and beyond and many races attempt to recruit such fighters into their armies, promising food, gold or whatever else the Ogres want in return for their services. It is the pay that matters, not the foe, although with some contracts Maneaters are awarded fallen enemies to eat, so in those cases the enemy may matter. Ogres will eat anything, but they have their preferences.
Being such a well-travelled bunch, Ogre Maneaters will often be equipped with unusual and exciting weaponry. This particular Maneater is from Araby, a distant land of sun and sand, where he has picked up a huge scimitar and a vicious punch dagger. He has also taken to wearing a turban on his head - Ogres aren't particularly fond of sunburn.
This pack contains one Ogre Kingdoms Araby Maneater - a finely detailed resin cast kit that comes as five components (including a cheeky Gnoblar with a sword) and is supplied with a 40mm Square Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly - we recommend using Citadel Super Glue and Citadel Paints.
