Reaper Bones Cthulhu Paint Commission (with audio added)

by Sleeper 18:15

I remixed my video with some various audio clips for some dynamics, and engagement other than staring at pictures and text.

this is not really a step by step but more of a showcase of stages and some of my thoughts as I looked back through what I was doing. Trying to remember each time what you were thinking exactly, isn't always as good as doing it live. Hopefully I will get things set up properly soon to do this.

I use to audio record my creative processes so I could remember where I was in a story arc, mainly for the various plots I 'could chase',or an art piece, or colors for painting things repeatedly. My Sony is not HD but it should be ready very soon.

Cthulhu a beast of a model but not so bad to work on. At 9 inches tall he is massive to our 28 mm tabletop party. Technically with the shape changes to customize the look of the wings and his head actually stands only 6.5 inches to the tip of the center spikey bit. To the top of the wings in this pose is about 8 inches maybe a sixteenth under at the highest point. However he fully 8.75 to 9 inches from the curve of his smallest tail section to the tips of his claws and tentacles in the front. Claw to claw at 5.5 inches and a decent solid 4" x 3' roughly shaped base.

I really enjoyed painting this model. He is so huge compared to what I am used to doing.
