Here are the colors I used and the steps:
SKIN
Basecoat with Charadon Granite
Highlight with Codex Grey
Highlight with Fortress Grey
Shade recesses and shadows with Nuln Oil and Agrax Earthshade
INNER WINGS (PEARLESCENT EFFECT)
Basecoat with Mithril Steel
While wet, water down Warlock Purple and paint on in splotchy pattern.
After dry, water down Hawk Turqoise and paint on in parts that don't have Warlock Purple.
