Phil and Ted jam on the Orks and T'au breaking down the wealth of information for you! They tried to bring you the whole book but there was too much to bare. In the end it seems that the Orks are getting more Orky and the T'au are getting more shenanigans, but why wouldn't they, right? There is no question that 8th edition is bringing the right flavor to the game and this taste illustrates that perfectly.
