Painting Reaper Bones Cave Troll

I've decided that my Goblin Army (that I use for Kings of War) needs some trolls. I plan to make a couple of units, but want some variation in the models.

My plan is to paint up a couple different models and then multi-base them in different configurations so I have several units that each look a little different.

I'm working on a couple of cave trolls first. I tried a little different method than I normally use. The results aren't bad, but I think they took a little longer than my normal paint job.
