Update #29

A little update

Hi Everyone,

It's been a while since the last update, so here is the latest news.

Yesterday I sent the caster the parts lists for each machine (I'll post the pictures below). The Gnome and Dwarf pilots still need to be sculpted properly and there is a little extra detail to add to the body of the war machine and a couple of the limbs - but it is not much work and will be quick to do.

I'm waiting to hear back from them, at which point I will know where they will be cast, and hopefully get an ETA for you.

The resin scenic bases are easier, and will be cast closer to home, when everything is ready to ship.

In the meantime here are the parts lists I created for the casters (pictures at the bottom of this update).

Please keep the faith and trust you will be getting your pledges, I know it's been too long, but it is happening.

I have learned a lot from my first Kickstarter campaigns

I won't be doing another Kickstarter until this one is fulfilled, but when I do, I have a different system lined up which will make fulfillment very fast. It will work like this:

1) I sculpt a set of figures and get them mastered by Scotia Grendel.

2)I run a Kickstarter campaign

3)At the end of  the campaign, I send the production and shipping money directly to Scotia Grendel, along with a backer list.

4) Scotia Grendel cast the miniatures and ship them to backers.

The advantage of this process is that I don't get in the way of production and shipping by running out of money or having too much work on etc.

Scotia Grendel have been running smoothly for years and they fulfill orders for all sorts of companies and sculptors, so it will be a much smoother ride for the good people who have entrusted me with their money.

It pains me that this has taken so long and is constantly on my mind.

Best Wishes to all of you!
