(Note as the AK-447, RPK-176 and FIM-292 are based on their modern-day counterparts, the GT infantry is also suitable for irregular modern troops.)

Infantry are designed to a configuation and quantity based on platoon/squad structure and physical print sprue. The following information is provided to illustrate the intended mix.
Physical Sprue size and composition: 80 models; 48 troopers with AK-447 rifles (eight of six poses), 8 troopers with support weapon (RPK-176 LSW) (four of two poses), 8 troopers with stingers (four to two poses), 16 terrorists (four of four poses).
Sufficient models are provided on the physical print sprue to allow the squads as shown in the photo:
Four fire teams of 6 rifles
Four fire teams of four with 2 LSW and 2 rifles
Four fire teams of four with 2 Stinger and 2 rifles
(A full squad of 10 would be the rifleteam plus one or other of the weapon teams.)
Four teams of 4 terrorists
(Leaving 8 spare riflesmen.)
