Adventure Synopsis:
- Enter the Shattered Valley: The adventurers arrive at the Sitori village and are charged with a delicate mission: convince the Szhalu and Triceras tribal leaders to attend the Blood Moon Gathering before war consumes the valley. The journey through the jungle is perilous, with encounters that test their resourcefulness and shape tribal perceptions.
- Confront the Warring Tribes: The players must choose the order in which they approach the two rival tribes. The Triceras demand strength and direct confrontation, while the Szhalu respect only cunning, rhetoric, or manipulation. Each tribe presents different challenges, and the party’s methods will determine future allegiances.
- Uncover the Saboteur: Clues may reveal that the Rakari, long believed neutral or extinct, are orchestrating the war from behind the scenes. Discovery of Malkat’s influence allows the party to prepare for treachery at the Gathering or ignore it and risk catastrophe.
- The Blood Moon Gathering: At the rise of the Thirteenth Moon, the sacred forum is opened. All tribes arrive under truce, and the adventurers must help broker peace. Based on their earlier actions, alliances, and choices, the Gathering can end in fragile unity, Rakari betrayal, or total collapse into tribal war.
