 A grotesque fusion of flesh and madness, Horatio the Mad is a towering abomination stitched together by dark hands and unholy intent. His twisted grin and scar-laced body radiate raw brutality, as if pain itself fuels his existence. Once something human, now lost entirely to insanity, he serves as a terrifying boss, experiment gone wrong, or unleashed horror in any dark fantasy setting.
