Rakid employs three mighty Dai Exalted that speak and act on her behalf. Among them is the Overseer, who handles Rakidian hierarchy and politics, and entices those that seek power at any cost.
Rakid’s active followers are expected to recruit and corrupt mortals through the promise of great wealth, power, knowledge or any other prize. By doling out minimal doses of the expected reward, Rakidian cultists control their victims to an ever greater extent, until they become the cult’s mindless thralls.
