This model is delivered as a pack, unassembled and unpainted.The parts of the model are designed to slot together in a way that enables a quick andeasy assembly. It may be necessary to glue some parts of the model - use PVA (white) glue.Every model is cut from one or more panels of HDF (high-density fiberboard) of 3mm thickness, cardboard  and 3mm thick transparent acrylic parts.In the package you will find 7 HDF boards,1 cardboard and 3mm thick transparent acrylic parts.Set contains 2 storeys + roof.Length of the building 22 cm / 9 inchesWidth of the building 19cm / 7,5 inchesHeight of single floor 7,8 cm / 3 inchesOverall height 22 cm / 9 inchesAttention:Before taking the elements out make sure they are fully cut.
