Tiktaalik is an extinct genus of large, predatory fish-like animals that lived approximately 375 million years ago during the Late Devonian period.
It is considered to be an important transitional species between fish and tetrapods (four-legged animals), as it possessed characteristics of both.
Tiktaalik had gills and scales like a fish, but also had lungs, a neck, and sturdy fins with bones similar to those of tetrapods.
Model includes a Pre-supported version.
The model is sized for 1:30 of the actual size. You can reduce or enlarge the model using the slicing software if you need a different size.
Pre-supported model is oriented to minimize supports to the face and other high-detail parts. Care should be taken when removing the supports to avoid damaging the model.
