In the far reaches of the Inner Sphere, the Marauder "Blight" emerged as a beacon of engineering brilliance and tactical mastery, piloted by the legendary Captain Elara Trask. Born from the chaos of war on the fringe world of Verthandi, Trask transformed a salvaged Marauder chassis into a 75-ton harbinger of justice, dubbed the "Blight". With its Light Engine 280 propelling it to speeds of 60.5 kph and an Endo-Steel skeleton, the mech was a fortress of speed and resilience. Trask's modifications, including 416 points of armor and 12 double heat sinks, were a testament to her ingenuity, focusing on brute force and superior piloting over technological gimmicks.
The "Blight" was armed to the teeth, embodying Trask's aggressive combat ethos. The center torso bristled with dual Light Machine Guns, complemented by Ultra Autocannon/10s (UAC10s) in each side torso, and Light PPCs for ranged engagements. This lethal array, balanced with CASE technology to mitigate ammunition explosion risks, made the "Blight" a versatile threat on any battlefield. Trask's strategy of maximizing firepower while eschewing jump jets and electronic countermeasures showcased her preference for direct confrontation and tactical adaptability.

Trask's exploits, from breaking sieges to turning the tides of battle against insurmountable odds, solidified her and the "Blight" as icons of resistance. I'm just a humble doodler that occasionally makes cool stuff, and makes other cool stuff look just a little bit better.
These Battletech models are based heavily on the Mechwarrior Online mechs. However, the vast majority of ripped files from MWO are not optimal for printing, and while many other modelers are content with stitching these files together to make something workable, I decided to take it a step further.
Instead of just giving you a re-hashed MWO file, I created an entirely new model that is optimized for printing at Battletech Scale. Parts are thicker, manifolds are closed, and there is only a single shell.
These mechs that I'm posting have been tested thoroughly, but there may be some minor issues.
