Model Description:
This download contains a highly detailed model of an FV101 "Scorpion" Light Reconnaissance Tank. Documentation and references for the real vehicle were rigorously studied to make the model as geometrically accurate as possible without sacrificing printability or durability.

Historical Description:
The FV101 Scorpion is a British light tank introduced in 1973 and remaining in service. Roughly 3,000 vehicles have been produced in that time and have seen use in several wars throughout its tenure. The vehicle is equipped with a low velocity 76mm L23A1 cannon designed to fire high explosive ammunition, as well as other utility rounds. The Scorpion is very mobile, with a travel range of 756 km and the ability to travel as fast as 73 km/h. The vehicle does not feature much armor, being made of aluminum and measuring only 13mm (~1/2") thick.
