For cannons, I'd recommend using the British artillery pieces provided here.

Note that the linstock is anachronistic for use with more modern 19th century artillery pieces - I provided it since, well, I already have it rigged up and maybe you'll find some fringe situation where a fella needs to shoot a 100+ year-old cannon...
