Hoq - Namir Guardians

After fleeing the wrath of the Sultan leveraged upon Aisha and the many Qita that had been crafted since her birth, the Alchemists of the House now in the safety of the Seraglio would return to their studies. To one end, they would come to perfect the harvesting of souls that had once left them damaged, shadows of their former selves and incapable of carrying their true selves to their new bodies, however the craft of the Qita's bodies expanded. The shells themselves were easier to shape than their cousins among the takwin homunculi, yet until they were lit by the fire of a soul, a process that made them all the more arduous in the craft, they were idle and inert. Pursuing a measure of independence, Aisha dutied her alchemists to create a more combat-capable form from the basis of the Qita bodies they were shaping. Utilizing the animalistic forms that were merely accentuated features of their forms, the Namir, the Tiger Guardians were created, larger creatures made with purified souls to be utterly devoted to the Alchemists that created them.

With the core of their bodies crafted much like the Miyaa'heen before them, the Namir are no less capable, heartier and gifted with even sharper senses than their Qita sisters, they are however much less personable than their more human counterparts, devoted solely to the protection of their Mistress above all else.
