How good is the Null-Maiden Task Force?

While 8th edition is truly on the horizon, tomorrow sees the release of a formation that may truly bend the metagame for (at least) the next few months.

The Null-Maiden Task Force allows a player to field up to 6(!!!) units with 27'' psychic null zones for 330 points. That's 45'' on a moving/flat-outing Rhino. But is it good enough to see play 'enough' lists to change the meta?
