Kit review: Zvezda Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-6 in 1/48 scale

Wie es scheint wird das Thema Bf 109 niemals langweilig und deswegen erscheinen nach wie vor aktuelle Bausätze von diesem Flugzeugtyp. 2016 hat Zvezda nach einer F-2 und F-4 Variante auch die G-6 herausgebracht.
Der Bausatz überzeugt durch tolle Details im Innenraum, die auch gut einsehbar bleiben durch geöffnete Klappen. Besonders die volle Motornachbildung gefällt.
Neben zwei deutschen Maschinen aus dem Zweiten Weltkrieg lässt sich mit dem Bausatz auch ein Flugzeug im Dienst der Schweiz bauen, was ich sehr reizvoll finde.
Der Bausatz kosted ca. 16-19€, was ich für sehr fair halte. Die neue Tamiya Bf 109 G-6 im selben Maßstab bietet natürlich noch etwas mehr, kostet dafür aber auch doppelt so viel.

It seems like the subject Bf 109 never gets boring, so we still see new releases of this aircraft type these days. In 2016 Zvezda released their G-6 after they did already an F-2 and F-4.
The kit features great interior details, which remain visible through opened hatches. The engine is very nice in particular.
Besides the two German planes from the WWII era it is also possible to build a plane used by Switzerland, which i find very attractive.
The kit costs about 16-19€ in my countr, which is pretty fair. The new Tamiya Bf 109 G-6 in the same scale is of course better and more fancy, but costs twice as much.
