Intended for 3d print.
Palmcrantz - Nordenfelt mechanical gun (Swedish 1869 prototype). This rotating barrel gun, obviously inspired by the American Gatling gun, performed poorly in trials and was never adopted by the Swedish army or navy. The designer, Helge Palmcrantz, instead developed a system with multiple barrels arranged horizontally that was adopted in 1875. The updated design (better known as the "Nordenfelt gun" after its financier Thorsten Nordenfelt) was also a successful export, seeing service with the british navy.
Note that some liberties has been taken with the original design when making this 3d model.

The model kit includes the gun, and two pallets (one with magazine and wooden cartridge blocks on it, and one empty). The models each come in two variants - one in its "original" format (pictured in the image gallery), and one slightly adjusted for print at 28mm scale.
Finally, the kit also includes all model parts in presupported format.
This gun is part of an ongoing series called "Swedish Peacetime Firearms". Previously published model packs in this series are linked below.
