When printing, ignore messages from your slicer that tell you there are errors in the object. This is simply the intersecting meshes and it DOES NOT interfere with the printing process. Due to the variety of printers and resins out there, I always recommend checking the presupported model and adding any supports to it that you feel will be necessary for your own printer.
