Stretch Goal Sculpts + Fulfillment Prep
What a fortuitous day! I was working on this update when the email from Kickstarter came in saying the fund transfer has begun. According to their documentation, that could take up to one more week, but I'm hopeful it will be sooner. As soon as the funds reach my account, the final part of production can begin. Casting all these lovely miniatures.
Speaking of which, I have not been idle. Check out the sculpts for the four character goblins you unlocked during the Kickstarter.
Everyone who pledged for the Goblin Headache level or higher will receive these miniatures FREE in their rewards.
Not only did I finish sculpting the final miniatures of the Kickstarter, things are also well underway with the other portions of fulfillment. Bags of bases have been packed, shipping cartons and packing material are in hand, and I'm preparing my own brats (children) to assist with the pack out. Don't worry, they're being paid and excited to help.
I'm so excited with how quickly everything is coming together. See you next update!

SUCCESS! Here comes the Goblin Menace!!!
First, let me thank you for helping make this such a successful campaign. It was an incredible two weeks. After the Kickstarter closed, it was nice to sit back and relax. Even if it was only for about a day. I'm back after Halloween festivities and things are already rolling along. Here is a quick break down of what's to come:
Sculpt stretch goal minis
All of the miniatures from the main set (the 20 brats and 1 baddie) were sculpted ahead of the Kickstarter launching. The production molds were also already complete. I planned in my schedule to sculpt up to 4 extra minis and thanks to you, I get to do all 4! I'm excited to show these to you as they are finished. Sculpt and production molds will be done in time to be cast along with all the other miniatures.
Receive Kickstarter funds
Kickstarter take up to 21 days to release the funds for a project. Once that happens I will be able to order all of the shipping supplies and product materials needed to fulfill the project. I actually have much of this already. The biggest portion will be the miniatures themselves.
Pledge Manager
My goal is to have the pledge manager ready by December 1st, but the exact date it will open up to you will coincide with when fulfillment can begin. As the pledge manager will run through my online store, this will allow pledges to go out as the orders are finalized.
I can't wait to see everyone's goblin hordes causing mischief all over your battlefields!

"The Yute" is FUNDED!
I woke up to a wonderful surprise this morning. "The Yute" is funded!!! Everyone who pledges for the Goblin Headache level or higher will receive this miniature FREE in their rewards.
When setting out to make this Kickstarter I made plans for these stretch goals. From the beginning it seemed like 1 or 2 would be easy to meet. But I still can't believe we've funded all 4 stretch goals! I can't thank you enough for supporting this project and I'm thrilled to be able to make these 4 extra minis as a token of my gratitude.
You might be thinking, "What's the next stretch goal?" To that I will say, there isn't one. From the inception of this project, I wanted to have as much complete and ready to go as possible. One of the worst things about Kickstarter are the constant delays and ridiculous wait time. I don't like it and I'm sure you don't either. With that in mind, I made sure everything from the main offering was sculpted and ready for production before the Kickstarter even launched. In order to make sure nothing else slipped, I decided to hold the stretch goals to these 4 minis. This will ensure that production is not affected and shipments will start going out by January 1 as planned. It's another small way of respecting your contribution as a backer.
Only about 4 hours left to go!

Less than 48 hours left + Stretch Goal #4: "The Yute"
Just barely past the 48 hour mark and another stretch goal is unlocked! Everyone who pledges for the Goblin Headache level or higher will receive the Brat Bone Chewer miniature FREE in their rewards.
I was really hoping I'd get to share this next stretch goal with you. And with nearly 2 days left, we have a real shot of unlocking this next little monster.
Before they were Brats, every goblin began their life as a Biter. No ankle is safe with these little twerps crawling around (HENCE THE NAME!!!).
For some unknown reason, "The Yute" stands out among Biters. Powers from all corners of the kingdom are seeking him out. To what end? Only time will tell.

Stretch Goal #3. The Brat Bone Chewer!
Outstanding! The Brat Princess has been unlocked. Everyone who pledges for the Goblin Headache level or higher will receive this miniature FREE in their rewards.
The next stretch goal is up. I have to thank Dave Farr for the inspiration on this one.
Goblins aren't the most adept crafters in the world. That would explain the Brat Bone Chewer.
Mostly goblins can be found hunting, gathering, and taking whatever they need. But on the rare cases in which they do construct their own items, it's usually from a bone. Whether a simple tool or a mighty club, as far as they're concerned, bones are the perfect material. And of course, "everyone" knows the best way to shape a bone is to chew on it...
