My name is Richard Dickens, I'm the owner, designer, sculptor and general dogsbody at Cold War Miniatures. I've been a professional modelmaker since the 90s working on toys, collectables and minis. An avid gamer and mini painter for most of my life I started Cold War Minis in 2002 and am always working on new stuff for that when I'm not busy with commissions.
