Black Relic Forge
I’m the maker behind Black Relic Forge.
I build grimdark modular terrain as a creative outlet, chasing atmosphere, storytelling, and obsessive detail in every single piece.
Here's what you can expect from my work:
True-to-scale modelling. Everything is modelled 1:1 in real millimetres (1 Blender unit = 1 mm). What you see in the preview is literally the size it prints. No surprises, no resizing, no swearing!
Print-perfect stonework. My default stone bevel is 0.2–0.35 mm with profile 0.7 – it’s the sweet spot that still looks like centuries-old masonry after primer and doesn’t vanish on an FDM printer.
Engineered Cracks that actually look like cracks. Cracks between blocks sit at 0.6–0.8 mm wide, 0.4–0.7 mm deep. They cast perfect shadows once painted and never break off.
A Growing Library of Gothic Misery! Skulls, seals, screaming faces, reliquaries - I sculpt and reuse elements across sets so everything feels stylistically unified without ever looking duplicated.
My goal is simple: To create a terrain that feels like it was torn from a cursed cathedral, but prints cleanly on both resin and FDM, first try. Every pack comes with supported + unsupported STLs (and Lychee scenes when it makes sense).
I’ve been 3D modelling for over a decade, and this project is where all that hard-earned skill gets poured into something properly grim.
Relic Series I - the Wall System - launches soon, with new corrupted goodness dropping every month.
If you like your terrain dark, detailed and drenched in narrative, stick around.
