I’m Sebastian, founder of TileLabs Gaming – Software Engineer, veteran wargamer, and passionate miniature designer.

I run TileLabs alongside my day job and family out of pure love for the tabletop hobby.
Because I build, print, and paint my own armies, I know the frustration of preparing massive horde factions. That’s why I design every miniature exactly the way I want them on my own gaming table.

I simply lacked variety in my regiments, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and design my single-piece miniatures. I always make sure that every model is a solid, single-piece file. No assembly, no gaps. Print, remove supports, and paint.

I also try to vary the poses on my miniatures as much as I can—to the point where a 10-man squad features completely unique models! Each squad includes diverse, individual tactical poses and specialized weapon loadouts to ensure the army looks dynamic and alive on the battlefield.

As a software engineer, I treat 3D sculpting like clean code. With many years of Blender experience, I ensure every single mesh is 100% manifold, water-tight, and error-free. Before any set is published, it undergoes a rigorous test-printing step on my own resin printer to guarantee that sharp and crisp details translate perfectly from the screen to the printer.
