Ugul Hul, the demon god of Malifica, is an omnipresent, otherworldly entity resembling a colossal jellyfish anchored to the ocean floor. Its vast, translucent body pulses with unnatural energy as its innumerable tendrils stretch across the abyss, feeding on the ocean's ley lines.
Constantly expanding in mass and power, Ugul Hul continuously spawns polyps - disturbing, embryonic forms that drift into the depths. These polyps serve as the genesis of all creature of Malifica, initially mindless creatures tied to the water, awaiting their transformation into beings of greater purpose.
The polyps undergo a grotesque metamorphosis upon encountering oceanic crystal formations. These crystals infuse them with energy, giving rise to their primitive forms - writhing masses of tentacles clutching glowing, symbiotic crystals. While still bound to Ugul Hul's will, they act as a hive mind, operating under the direction of more powerful demons. On the battlefield, these unthinking masses are terrifyingly effective, overwhelming enemies through sheer physical might or unleashing devastating blasts of raw energy from their crystals. Though devoid of individuality, their collective power marks them as formidable instruments of Malifica's will.
