The Biomancers of Malifica are grotesque sculptors of flesh, masters of their own twisted forms and the bodies of others. These vile creations of Ugul Hul are both surgeons and artists, reshaping living matter with an uncanny precision that defies natural law. Their bodies are in a constant state of flux—limbs extend and retract and organs shift beneath their skin. Their very touch can unravel flesh or weave it anew, crafting abominable creatures that serve their whims. Wherever they walk, the air is filled with the muffled cries of those who have been reshaped into something less than human.
A Biomancer’s presence is a harbinger of slow, creeping horror. Biomancers are patient, methodical, and deeply sadistic in their work - they prefer to break their victims over time, warping their bodies and minds until nothing remains of their former selves. Their lairs are charnel houses of grotesque experimentation, filled with failed creations—twisted husks that still breathe but no longer live. To encounter a Biomancer is to risk becoming raw material, nothing more than clay for their sickening craft. Those who are taken by them rarely die outright; instead, they are unmade and reassembled into horrors that should not exist, each a walking blasphemy against the natural order.
