In the ages after the apocalypse, most mutated insects are little more than carnivorous unintelligent monsters to be feared and shunned. Most, but not all. The rare true Manimals also exist…those with enough human dna in their soup to retain intelligence, and perhaps even become heroes. One such hero is the seeker Luk (pronounced ‘Luck’), a Manimal version of a Death’s Head Moth. No only can Luk fly, and generate a potent poison gas cloud, but he also, on occasion, can use his mind to briefly stop time! This power has saved him on more than one occasion, and makes him seem even luckier than he already is. He is also the wielder of a powerful melee weapon he constructed out of two Ancient Artifacts: the fearsome CRO-HAMMER!
The Mutant Mayhem Minis line of figures was designed for Mutant Crawl Classics RPG, but also go great with DCC, Gamma World, D&D or any game that uses 28/32mm minis.
Dark-Platypus Studio specializes in making models for role-playing game enthusiasts. Our models are designed to be printed in 28mm Heroic scale, the perfect size for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, or other games that are often played on a 1” grid. They include Pre-Supported versions and unsupported versions (in case you want to alter the size to suit your own needs).
Luk was sculpted as an expansion character for the original Mutant Mayhem Minis line, and will be a playable character at our future convention games. Fun fact: he is also one of my son Alex’s own personal Player Characters! He will also be available at some point as a pewter miniature, but for now is only available here for 3D printing!
