This is a dark-fantasy and horror 5e module set in the world of Izral and designed to be played by four to five characters of level 6. This is the first time we see Kadal, the capital of the Mashtian Confederation, as we learn more about the society and religion of this faction from Western Phaladar.

Adventures in the world of Izral are all fully compatible with the 5th edition of Dungeons & Dragons. A pdf document, maps and stat blocks are included for you and your friends to bring all the grimness and epic of Izral to the party, and each adventure is also associated with a high detail bundle of miniatures to bring the action to the table (for this adventure’s set, you can go to [link?]).

Overview of the adventure:

Part I: The Father of the Creature

The players will meet Tolvar Sansa, a fugitive from the Mashtian Confederation, who will request their help to free his son from the mashtian authorities that have taken him from Tolvar. They will have to protect Tolvar and take him into Kadal, with the intention of freeing his son from his imprisonment. Once in Kadal they’ll find it endangered by a monstrosity, a communion of dozens of bodies that is wreaking chaos.

Part II: The City of the Dead

To pursue the creature, they’ll have to fight the militia of the city, commanded by Amir Kor-Bator, an open-hearted member of the First Ones. But they’ll become unexpected allies and be recruited when, in a turn of events, Desperate Embrace of Community, the creature, gets sacrificed in a mysterious ritual, and dead members of the militia start to rise as zombies.

Part III: Revenge of the Necromancer

Fighting undead militia, the players will eventually get to Adira-Anum, the twin necromancer, who intends to dissect a droplet of Mashon in order to find a way to dispel the incarnation of Mashta, the false twin god to which they gave their bodies and lives for, now they know, a lie.
