Chaplain Cassius is a veteran of the Deathwatch and a hero of the Tyrannic Wars, with a reputation for battlefield oratory built over four centuries of service. As the oldest serving Ultramarine outside of a Dreadnought shell, the Master of Sanctity has suffered countless wounds in pursuit of victory – including the terrible scars inflicted by Hive Fleet Behemoth in the Battle of Macragge. His body repaired with augmetics, his spirit tempered by long experience, Cassius rouses his Chapter to feats of martial prowess even in the face of certain destruction.
This pack contains a classic resin miniature of Chaplain Cassius, the Master of Sanctity for the Ultramarines Chapter. His armour features both Ultramarines symbols and bionic tubing, matching his horribly injured face – half augmetic machinery and half exposed bone. Armed with Infernus, a combi-flamer of his own design, Cassius bears the signs of a true survivor of the Tyrannic Wars – from his custom Crozius with its Tyranid-skull head, to the book of rites bound in Tyranid-hide that hangs from his waist, and even the screeching bioform he's crushing underfoot – details that make him a painter's delight.
This kit comprises three resin components and a plastic backpack, and comes with a Citadel 32mm Round Slotted Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Colour paints.
