The "concretium - brim tiles and plateaus" are an addition for the basic tileset to add a detailed brim around you tiles, but can be used completely on its own to build plateaus with multiple levels. This allows you to break the uniform city-fight table into sectors of varying sizes and use these smaller plateaus on nice gaming mat.
