The first wave of the Mad Queen’s new world order; a spawn of the hive implanted into a humanoid host. The Larval Spawn would gestate within the living host, controlling their nerve centers initially making them open to suggestion and eventually gaining full control over their slowly dying bodies. These horrifying experiments were further enhanced with the consummation of solidified amber nectar known as Blight, a ritual of horrors and the byproduct of the Queen and Cardinal’s grand plans of ascending “the Hive” species into the surface world. These are the husks of what were once civilized human beings; now turned into ravenous, violence mongering brutes, perhaps too feral to control properly.
