The Space Station Providence project was born as most of my Patrons and Tribers voted in favor of having a space station. It was great to get back to designing some more non cyberpunk scifi terrains. As with all of my previous designs, the terrains will be designed for FDM printing, I do suggest printing the props with resin printer if you have one for even better results.
I did some research on the ISS and also mixed in some ideas from my favorite scifi shows and movies for my version of the space station.
The set includes a wide variety of modular rooms:
- different connector/doors (4way, regular wide door, small passage that fits regular doors)

- research lab

The space station's many different modular rooms are connected and linked with different corridors and large functioning circular doors. You will have two different types of modular rooms, the bigger rooms will be connected through the circular doors and large 4 way corridor. The smaller rooms will be connected through the smaller corridors. I've also designed a tubular corridor so that not everything is square with sharp corner for a change. It also act as a sort of entrance to the space station.
In between the rooms and corridors there are also window passage sections with optional flip up floor panel, loose panel and side columns perfect for shoot outs! The pieces are modular so you can form a crazy long window passage for crazy large scale gun fights!
The crew will need a place to rest, have fun and relax after all the hard work. The station is equipped with a roomy crew quarter, washroom/shower room as well as a fully furnished SPACE BAR! Perhaps more fights will break out in the space bar?
The main purpose of a space station is to explore and research of, well, space! Providence has state of the art research lab with the world's most powerful computers and observatory with a small but powerful telescope for monitoring the surrounding space. The hydroponics also helps the researchers as well as providing food for the crew.
With all these powerful equipment and computers, the station is paired with a compact fusion power generator as well as high tech solar panels for capturing the solar energy.
Finally you have the space shuttle carrying crew and also all kinds of cargo back to the cargo bay and later move to the storage room.
