Nami is the Head of Robotics at Tekano Corp, and has been pioneering the Mind Control Interface - a technology that allows a human mind to link to that of a robotic mind. Decades in the making, she has finally managed to forge a stable link with Ryujin - a Japanese Dragon Robot - which allows her to direct and control him through their mind to mind connection.
At the moment, it is only possible to do with more basic AI robots, but there are plans to test it with more intelligent AIs in the future to see if it's possible for two minds to cohabit the robotic body instead of simply controlling it.
