The "Open Chasm Hill" terrain tile is something I designed myself (as far as I know). Treat as open terrain for line of sight but it is impassable for mechs and other land vehicles. This of this as a bottonless pit. In a mech ends up in the hex of an open chasm it is removed from the game. If you are playing a campaign, I suggest it is salvaged by the person holding the area at the end of th game. But please make house rules you like if you wish.
The hills are leveled more in line with my Hex Map Scale buildings. These pre-made hill tiles are so you do not need magnets to stack level risers to make hills but they can still have magnets mounted in them even tho it is not required.
This set includes:
- 1 single open chasm terrain tile at L1, L2, L3, & L4.
- 1 two hex open chasm terrain tile L1, L2, L3, & L4.
- 1 three hex straight open chasm terrain tile L1, L2, L3, & L4.
- 1 three hex curved open chasm terrain tile L1, L2, L3, & L4.
- 1 four hex open chasm terrain tile L1, L2, L3, & L4.
- 1 seven hex open chasm terrain tile L1, L2, L3, & L4.
The hex base for this building is the same size as the Catalyst Games/FASA hex battle maps.
The hex base is designed to have 3mm ball magnets inserted into it if you wished to use this with my Maghex Tile Terrain. You can see more about my Maghex Tiles design here:
