This is a Diseased Horror, part of the horror pack I created through patreon and is a perfect monster for a horror themed campaign.

It is an ancient monstrosity summoned by cultists to bring the apocolypse.  Bulging with tumors, it harbours every disease in existence and will quickly kill even the hardiest adventurer without proper protection.  Worse, those killed by the Diseased Horror will have their souls absorbed into its armor which in turn fuels its killing frenzy.
