MM006: French Battalion Command 1808-1812
This set of miniatures includes eight sculpts comprising standing and marching sculpts of the following:
1. Chef de Battalion with bicorne (on foot)
2. Drummer
3. Eagle Bearer with blank pole for paper flags
4. Eagle Bearer with sculpted flag
All poses are supplied in three options:
1. Presupported - with 8x1mm base (Compatible with set MM002: Bases)
2. Unsupported - with 8x1mm base, for those who prefer DIY supports, or to print at larger scales
3. Unsupported - as above but without the round base – great for making your own stands of infantry prior to printing, especially if you prefer your troops shoulder to shoulder.
This set of eight sculpts allows for construction of a command stand for a typical French battalion, perfect for wargaming the Napoleonic battles of 1808-1812. They are at 1:100 scale as sculpted.
The size of these miniatures is intended to match various ranges of napoleonics advertised at 15-18mm; if printed at 100%, they are between 15-16mm to the eyeline, and 18mm to the top of the head (not including headwear!).
