This kit contains 1 Norman style Post and Beam House

These buildings are based on the Post and Beam construction style popular among Normans.
They could be found all throughout the period of the Norman Conquest and the Barons’ War,
all the way up through the English Civil War and the Monmouth Rebellion.

Post and Beam construction mimics a similar building style used by the Romans.

‘Alain the Deacon lives not too far from the church, where he assists the Priest with matters both clerical and
animal. Unfortunately for him, this usually means a lot of cleaning up after Mass, and keeping the pigsty clean.’
