Jimmy The Fixer - Human Gangster

They call him Jimmy the Fixer, but not because he’s a repairman. He is the one you go to when you need something no one else can get. He knows who’s palms need greasing, he knows exactly how many skeletons someone important has in their closets, and all of the grapevines in Sactuary City seem to be growing in his gardens. All of this knowledge makes him a very formidable Runerunner.
