Any warlord with a reputation amongst the Marauders is one to be feared and respected. Radgrad goes one better, being feared even by his own kind. A hulking brute wearing a modified Ripper suit, Radgrad is a known target of the Enforcers themselves,
though which particular act of terrorism it was that caused him to be the focus of the Council is unclear.
