IoM Black Hat Dancers are heavily inspired by real world Tibetan Black Hat Dancers.  I’ve created them in 4 poses with various instruments and items, and tried to have their dancing swirl and motions sculpted into their robes and poses. They range from 23-26,5mm TTE. This one is 26,5 TTE and 33,3mm to top of hat.
