The Puppet Flea is born from a Gemstone being impaled into the creature and a ritual being done to activate it. Once done the essence of the Gemstone is transfered into the creature (Dead or alive) and it starts to morph. Extra limbs are created from its flesh and bone and a new head is formed at the bottom of the torso. It is currently unknown which half of the creature is the one in charge.
