A pair of capable Infantry Fighting Vehicles, the CFA.14 Ammit and its planned successor the CFA.21 Makara are the armored transports of choice for Krevarian Dragoon squads. Reasonably quick, well-protected, and sporting a dizzying range of potential weaponry, both vehicles are dangerous additions to their troop's firepower.
Seen wherever the Krevarian military operates, the Ammit is a sturdy and reliable fighting infantry carrier. While the chassis has been adapted to a wide variety of uses, the original variant remains the most common. Subject to several updates over its long service life, it is not unusual to see different marks of the vehicle in service with the same formation. Some vehicles have even adapted Dague turrets as a field modification.
Although the Makara is built on the same running gear as the venerable CFA.14, the rest of the vehicle is rebuilt from the ground up. Features of the Makara include more robust armor and the option for heavier armament, as well as increased speed and crew comfort. Unfortunately, this laundry list of improvements came at the cost of complexity and expense, and the Makara has yet to be produced in sufficient numbers to truly become a replacement for the Ammit. It is likely that the two vehicles will soldier on, side-by-side, for a long time to come.

The Ammit kit includes: 2 Glacis plate options, 3 turret options, and many weapon options. It is compatible with the Dague Tankette turret if you want a different visual style from what's included.
The Makara includes: 2 Glacis plate options, 3 turret options and even more weapon options. It is compatible with the new Ammit (and Dague) turrets, as well as those from the Minotaur and Balius.
Both kits can be assembled with covered, open, or partially protected tracks. Both kits also may be assembled with a dozer blade and several cupola and pintle weapon options.
The Ammit in this kit is a refresh of the old kit and has been rebuilt from the ground up at higher fidelity and with better detail than the original (which was my second model ever). It has the same dimensions as the original version, but only the tracks and weapons are cross-compatible between kits without modification. The original will remain free and available.
Note that several of the configurations shown in the photos require parts from other kits.

The weapons are designed for magnetization. You’ll want 3mm (⅛”) rare earth magnets to fully take advantage of the modular construction. Some parts on the Makara use 5mm (¼") magnets.
This kit is presupported, but also includes unsupported STLs for those who want to print in FDM or would prefer to handle their own supports.
