Refillable Sponge Painting Handle - Designed For Pick & Pluck Foam

Designed to be used with the 1cm x 1cm pieces of foam that are pulled out of the common "pick and pluck" foam miniature carrying trays (or, if you don't use that style of tray, it's easy to cut your own).

Just twist a piece of foam into the handle and rip pieces off as needed. You can see it used here, on the Jolly Lark channel, at the 7:00 mark:
