 Mighty elephant like creatures that roam the lands. Living in herds they live a mostly peaceful life, their large size detering most predators from attacking a healthy Mammuuk. They sport large tusks and large armoured plates along their back to protect themselves and grow large amounts of fur as the the climate starts to get colder. When threatened the herd form a phalanx of tusks in a circle around their young, putting off most would be predators from attacking.
