Proxy for the Caesar

Designed from stolen plans, this design was intended to be a distraction to other projects being developed, but it turned out to be a capable mech in its own right

It was designed to do as much damage as possible to an enemy mech at range as possible so it carries mostly long range weapons. Primary of them being a Polaris Main Model A Gauss rifle and two ton of ammo. This is backed up by a ER PPC and four medium pulse lasers
