Lifetime Merchant License - World Forge Miniatures

This is a Lifetime Merchant License to sell World Forge Miniatures as physical prints. Here are the Ts and Cs:

• You can sell the resin or FDM prints of World Forge Miniatures figures, not the STLs/ digital files
• You must have purchased a lifetime license in order to do this.
• You cannot sell any models that are branded as Embernell Studio, which we rebranded to in January 2026.
• You need to give credit to World Forge Miniatures as the creator of the models you sell.
• You may use any of our renders and printed pictures, as long as you keep the logo on them.
• You can sell past collections of all the models on our store (branded as World Forge), which includes the previous loyalty rewards and Welcome Pack too.
• You can sell our miniatures on multiple platforms using the same license, as long as you stick to the Ts & Cs.
• You can sell our printed models at trade shows or in stores as well as online.
• You can paint our printed models, including kitbashing them, and sell those unique creations.
• You cannot cut up or edit our STLs to sell them (printed or otherwise), or use parts of our sculpts to make your own miniatures. The digital files must remain unaltered.
• You cannot sell any miniatures that are provided to you as part of a collaboration with another creator. The rights for those STLs remain with the creator in all cases.
• You cannot make moulds from our printed miniatures to cast models from resin, metal or any other material. You can only 3D print them.
• You cannot use our miniatures or branding for your own commercial ventures.
