Chibi Vamana: The Cosmic Step

This model shows the Vamana avatar of Vishnu in chibi form, depicted mid-step with one foot placed on Earth and the other raised, surrounded by planets. He holds a water pot in one hand and a parasol rests on his shoulder. His markings and attire reflect his identity as a young brahmachari.

According to the Bhagavata Purana, Vamana is the fifth avatar of Vishnu who appeared as a dwarf Brahmin to humble the demon king Mahabali. When granted three paces of land, he grew to cosmic size, covering the heavens and earth in two steps, and sent Bali to the netherworld with the third.
