The Grokks are cold, ruthless, and highly intelligent — an engineered species of war, echoing the brutal origins of Tolkien’s Orcs.
From shadowed dissection vats and centuries-old, blood-soaked ritual records, a clearer pattern emerges.
The Warborn are forged in ritual combat-pits where grunts clash under controlled agony. Only those who survive the brutal combat and then endure the grafting of living war-plate, infusion of hyper-dense muscle weaves, and neural overwriting of pain into predatory focus — earn the title ‘Warborn.’
Their armor becomes true symbiotic carapace, fused to bone and threaded with neural relays that amplify aggression while sharpening cold tactical cognition. These elites evolve mid-battle, their flesh adapting to damage in real time.
Whispers in the depths suggest the unknown hand that first engineered the Grokks designed the Warborn as the apex: living weapons that never dull. The real question remains: who forged them… and what war were they made to fight?
