This is a fully support-free FDM optimized sci-fi orc biker. Bring mobile fire support to your Null Brutes with this brutal support-free FDM optimized Biker, equipped with a machine gun, a heavy mortar, and an ammo crate filled with mortar shells. Perfect for use as a sci-fi orc proxy for common tabletop games.

Technical Specs:
Total Height: approx. 43 mm including 3 mm base, measured up to the tip of the handlebar
Base: Integrated 75 mm oval base with 3 mm base height
Format: Multipart STL files, designed as watertight manifold meshes
Resin Printing: Not pre-supported for resin. Natively designed for Support-Free FDM printing. Resin users will need to add their own supports.

Nozzle: 0.2–0.4 mm
Layer Height: 0.07–0.12 mm recommended for best detail
Perimeters: 3 walls recommended
Strong part cooling for overhanging elements

The main biker, bike, and base print as one solid piece. The machine gun, mortar, and mortar shell ammo crate are designed to print separately upright directly on the build plate without supports and can be glued onto the bike after printing.

Tip: Use a sacrificial tower in your slicer — the print head travels to it, giving the model extra cooling time between layers.

No supports, no cleanup — straight off the build plate.
Tested on Prusa Core One, Bambu Lab and other popular FDM printers.
